Q. What is your favorite part of working at AArete’s Hyderabad office?

The Hyderabad office is intimate with a small team. The benefit of working with a small group is that we know each other very well. We have cultivated a friendly environment and are always organizing office activities such as desk decorating, best dressed contests and Pictionary competitions. I have been here for 3 years and my co-workers feel like family.

Q. How has the recent acquisition by AArete changed your work?

Transparency and open communication from leadership is a big part of AArete’s culture. While the nature of our work has not changed, the visibility we have into the company’s overall strategies and business plans are regularly communicated. AArete’s CEO, Loren Trimble, provides regular inspirational videos that foster motivation and keep everyone engaged. It is empowering to understand the “why” behind decision making and know you are part of the tremendous growth of AArete. I am able to understand how things work from end to end rather than seeing only a piece of it. 

Q. What do you love about consulting?

I love being client facing and love problem solving. In my role, I am able to interact directly with clients to understand their needs and strategize how we can customize solutions for them. I have the opportunity to see projects through from beginning to end; from gathering data to building a solution, I love to understand our client’s business and create something that results in their ability to grow and be more successful.

Q. What sets AArete apart from other companies you have worked for?

AArete excels with providing opportunity for learning and growth. We are exposed to different technologies and given the opportunity to learn them. Leadership training is also a core part of our career development. I am very lucky to have found that mentorship is a strong part of AArete’s culture and there is always someone looking out for you and available to help.

Q. What do you enjoy outside of work?

I love learning new things and it is my long time wish to complete a post graduate degree. I am currently spending my weekends pursuing my master’s in data science and Engineering. Also, I love spending time with my 7-year-old child and am fortunate to have a very supportive family. With family as one of AArete’s guiding principles, it’s understood that I’m able to take care of my family while both exceling at work and pursuing my higher education dreams.
