Claire Dillon is a strategy and operations leader with experience helping organizations unlock performance and profitability improvements through data-driven decision making and disciplined execution. She brings a versatile analytical toolkit – leveraging proficiencies in SQL, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint – to deliver measurable impact for her clients.

Claire’s expertise includes project management, data analytics, payer and provider network analysis, contract and vendor management, process improvement. She excels at building executive relationships, distilling complex analytical insights into clear recommendations, and managing cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementation.

Claire is based in Chicago, IL and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Prior to joining AArete, Claire worked in public accounting as an Illinois Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
