Megan Albrecht – Director

Megan Albrecht is a strategic healthcare leader focused on helping payers drive measurable financial performance and operational excellence. She specializes in cost of care strategy, payer transformation, and complex implementation initiatives.

At AArete, Megan leads engagements across medical cost management, behavioral health optimization, network strategy, and system migrations & implementations. She partners with executive stakeholders to translate analytics into clear business cases and actionable implementation plans, driving results in high visibility and time sensitive environments.

Beyond client work, Megan is actively involved in firm leadership initiatives. She serves on AArete’s Women in Networking (WIN) Retention Committee and is a member of the AAretian Council, a peer elected group that serves as a voice for employees to firm leadership and helps shape the firm’s culture and strategic direction.

She is a graduate of The University of Alabama Honors College (Roll Tide!), where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Healthcare and Computing Analytics.
