Nilesh Gandhi brings over 20 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, software development, and quality assurance. With responsibility for the India team’s delivery and operations, he leverages his extensive experience to manage distributed project delivery in support of the overall offshore delivery operations for AArete’s technology solution clients.

Nilesh has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology in Pune, India, and a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
