Alex Behm is a Director and a seasoned AArete consultant experienced in helping health plans enhance strategy, operations, and financial performance. As a leader within AArete’s Healthcare practice, he plays a key role in developing and executing payer-focused solutions, specializing in Medicare Advantage, operational transformation, and profitability improvement. His initiatives have driven over $100 million in cost savings and revenue growth throughout his engagements. His ability to transform complex data into actionable insights enables clients, across industries, to navigate market challenges, identify growth opportunities, and achieve measurable, sustainable results. 

In his free time, Alex loves staying active, whether it’s through a good workout or sport, enjoys monitoring and investing in the market, and experiments in the kitchen, often dreaming he’s a professional chef.

Alex holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Marquette University College of Business, concentrating in Data Analytics and Accounting.
