Scott Zambo – Vice President, Legal & Compliance

Scott Zambo is Vice President of Legal & Compliance at AArete, where he provides strategic legal guidance across the firm’s operations and growth initiatives. Scott partners closely with senior stakeholders to achieve AArete’s legal, compliance, and risk management goals. 

Scott provides legal guidance on corporate governance, client and vendor contracting, intellectual property, and acquisitions. He leads the firm’s contracting processes, compliance program development, and legal risk management efforts, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Scott brings deep experience in corporate law, healthcare law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining AArete, he served as counsel at Kelley, Kelley & Kelley and was a longstanding trusted advisor to the firm.

Scott holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from DePaul University College of Law, a J.D. from the New England School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University.
