Emily Dawes is a results-driven leader focused on driving measurable cost savings and operational improvement for payers. She is experienced in total cost of care strategy, translating complex data and market intelligence into actionable initiatives.

At AArete, Emily is a leader in the firm’s Network Solutions practice, where she partners with health plans to design and operationalize high-performing provider networks. She leads complex, data-driven engagements that move beyond strategy into execution—aligning contracting, policy, and network design to improve affordability, enhance quality, and strengthen competitive market positioning.

Prior to joining AArete, Emily supported managed care strategy and product performance analytics for pharmaceutical manufacturers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.
