Konrad Siczek – Managing Director

Konrad Siczek is a Chicago native with more than a decade of experience advising healthcare payers and providers on profitability improvement and operational transformation. A results-oriented leader, he tackles complex challenges by combining advanced analytics, market intelligence, and organizational change strategies.

At AArete, Konrad has led transformational network initiatives for both national and regional payers, advancing affordability and quality of care. He co-leads the firm’s Network Solutions vertical, where he drives solution development, firmwide training, and business development to support client growth and innovation.

Prior to joining AArete, Konrad worked at the Advisory Board Company and MilliporeSigma. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Supply Chain Management from Marquette University.
