Simon MacHale – Director

Simon MacHale brings over 20 years of Financial Services delivery and consulting experience to AArete, with an extensive background in Investment Banking and International Corporate Banking, including product strategy, technology strategy and delivery, service management and operations management.

Prior to joining AArete, Simon was responsible for managing multiyear global technical delivery programmes, with teams and clients based in multiple geographies. Typical engagements both replaced entire existing infrastructures and transformed the organisations’ competitive position.

Simon is based in Southern England.
