SueEllen Carroll – Managing Director

SueEllen Carroll partners with clients to drive enterprise value through strategic profitability improvement and process re-engineering. She has worked in healthcare for over a decade and brings a wide range of experiences across the Payer, Provider, and Pharmacy industries. She leads teams to deliver excellence across all functional areas through strategic growth, cost management, and efficient resource utilization.

SueEllen co-leads the Pro Bono internship program at AArete and, in 2023, was recognized as a Rising Star by Consulting Magazine for Excellence in Healthcare Strategy Consulting.

SueEllen spent three years in Guatemala serving in the Peace Corps and she holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, a Post-Baccalaureate in Biology and Pre-Medicine from Loyola University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and a Lean Daily Management certificate in Healthcare from the University of Michigan.
