Kendra Karagozian – Director, Pharmacy

Kendra Karagozian is a strategic pharmacy executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience spanning pharmacy benefit management, rebate aggregation, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), managed care, and quality improvement. Kendra brings a rare breadth across both large national PBMs and emerging specialty organizations, giving her a comprehensive view of the pharmacy landscape from multiple vantage points.

Kendra has held leadership roles at organizations including OptumRx, Magellan Rx Management, SS&C Technologies (DomaniRx), Tabula Rasa Healthcare (now AnewHealth), Banner Health, and Health Delegates. This cross-sector perspective — combining PBM operations, clinical consulting, rebate strategy, and value-based care enables Kendra to identify opportunities and design solutions that span the full pharmacy benefit ecosystem.

Kendra is an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Arizona and a B.S. in Biology from Arizona State University.  She loves running, hiking, and traveling with friends and family, appreciating the adventures and shared experiences. As a mother of two sons and a stepdaughter, she finds joy in spending quality time with family.
