Elizabeth “Liz” Levy has earned a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to many of the nation’s most complex healthcare payer and provider organizations. As co-leader of AArete’s healthcare consulting practice, she has overseen engagements with more than 100 health plans and providers — helping them improve profitability, scale operations, enhance member experience, and implement digital transformations.
Her work has meaningfully influenced the consulting industry, both through internal leadership and client engagements. As head of AArete’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office in 2022, she led initiatives to enhance support for individuals and families on the path to parenthood. Additionally, Liz is a founding member of AArete’s Women’s Initiative Network, advocating for greater inclusion and opportunity within the workplace.
Liz’s commitment to health equity extends outside the firm, through her client engagements. In one notable engagement, she led an initiative to expand access to women’s health services across an entire state on behalf of a major health plan. Her dual focus on inclusive leadership and significant client impact showcases her influence on the future direction of consulting and community well-being.
