Pam Price, managing director: Price brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience helping payers and providers achieve measurable improvements through actionable insights. She provides a rare blend of strategic vision and operational insight, having worked across the Medicare Advantage landscape in areas ranging from revenue optimization to provider engagement and financial operations. Price’s deep understanding of CMS regulations, data analytics, risk adjustment and Stars methodologies enables clients to build high-performing teams that prioritize both regulatory compliance and member engagement.

Gina Hedstrom, RN, managing director: Hedstrom is a seasoned healthcare consultant with over two decades of experience transforming payer and provider operations across the U.S. Throughout her career, she has served as trusted advisor to many U.S. health payers, driving improvements in policy optimization, claims adjudication, utilization management, credentialing and medical record audits. As a registered nurse, she integrates clinical, technical and executive expertise to serve clients. Hedstrom will serve as managing director in AArete’s Payment Intelligence^® practice, leading strategic initiatives in payment accuracy, automation, operational strategy and healthcare data innovation.
