Nomination Highlights
- “He sets high expectations for himself and his teams, but balances this with patience, humility, and approachability.”
- “Konrad consistently lives AArete’s leadership values and is a strong, effective leader within his teams and across the organization.”
- “His proven track record of delivering excellence has been instrumental in growing AArete’s network solutions.”
At AArete, Konrad has led transformational network initiatives for both national and regional payers, advancing affordability and quality of care. As co-lead of the firm’s Network Solutions vertical, he drives solution development, firmwide training, and business development to support client growth and innovation.
Konrad chose to support two excellent causes with the $5,000 in-name contribution that accompanies this award: Marquette University Center for Peacemaking and Milwaukee Tennis & Education Foundation (MTEF).
Konrad said about his involvement with these organizations: “I worked with MTEF many years ago, during my time at Marquette, as a tennis coach and after-school tutor. They do incredible work introducing tennis to youth who might not otherwise have access to the sport, while also providing mentoring and academic support for students in need, particularly those from low-income families and communities.
I’ve closely followed The Center for Peacemaking’s incredible work since its inception, especially their applied peacemaking efforts, partnering with community organizations to drive social action, address community needs, and transform social structures. Their mission feels more relevant and needed than ever today.”
Konrad’s leadership and commitment to excellence embody the spirit of the Michael Fung Leadership Award. Please join us in congratulating Konrad on this well-deserved recognition!
