AArete has promoted four managing directors, from left: Diane Body, Emily Dawes, Konrad Siczek and Priya Iragavarapu.
Diane Body, managing director: Diane is an accomplished consulting leader with over 30 years of IT and operations leadership spanning the commercial software, provider and health insurance markets. Her expertise focuses on assessing business needs, defining product requirements, leading application development and implementations and managing quality assurance for AArete’s healthcare payer client base.
Emily Dawes, managing director: Emily is a trusted healthcare leader specializing in total cost of care strategy. She partners with health plans to translate complex data and market intelligence into actionable initiatives that drive measurable cost savings and operational improvements. As a leader in AArete’s Network Solutions practice, she helps clients design and operationalize high-performing provider networks. She leads data-driven engagements that move beyond strategy into execution, aligning contracting, policy and network design to improve affordability, enhance quality and strengthen competitive market positioning.
Konrad Siczek, managing director: Konrad is an established consulting leader with over a decade of experience advising healthcare payer and provider clients on profitability improvement and operational transformation. He has led transformational network initiatives for both national and regional payers, advancing affordability and quality of care through advanced analytics, market intelligence and organizational change strategies. He serves as co-lead for the firm’s Network Solutions vertical, driving solution development, firmwide training and business development to support client growth and innovation.
Priya Iragavarapu, managing director: Priya is a distinguished consulting leader in data, analytics and artificial intelligence with over two decades of experience and a proven track record of driving transformative change at scale. She partners with C-suite executives to align AI adoption with strategy, ensuring solutions are technologically advanced, practical and impactful. As a recognized leader in applied AI, she leads the firm’s AI solutions and is one of the co-leaders behind AArete’s innovative and patented Doczy.ai™ solution with numerous downstream applications across payment accuracy, claims operations and provider network intelligence.

In his new role, Scott will provide strategic guidance on all legal matters and oversee contracting processes, compliance program development and legal risk management.
